Racine County 911 Dispatch Team: Grant funded activities for Public Safety Telecommunicator Week

Racine Police Department: Grant funded a Demanet Semi-Competition Bite Suit to replace their 15 year old suit.

Mount Pleasant Police Department: Sponsor for 2026 National Night Out

Annual K9 Handler Award

MPPD K9 Challenge Coins: Grant funded the purchase of additional challenge coins for K9 Kala.

K9 Units: Grants in 2025 helped purchase new K9s for local law enforcement agencies, ensuring they have skilled canine partners. The following K9s were added in 2025:

K9 Rip, CAPD
K9 Genny, RPD
K9 Draco, RPD

K9 Quilts: S.O.L.E. sponsored custom quilts for the following K9’s for their retirement or end of watch:

RCSO Family Day: Provide education to families about the support and services that can be provided.

RCSO County Fair: Provide the sworn officers and security personnel with food and beverages while working round the clock support

MPPD: Sponsor for National Night Out

Exercise Equipment for CAPD: Grant funded the purchase of an AirBike Elite for the Caledonia Police Department (CAPD), promoting officer wellness and fitness.

Shop with a Cop: Grant given to annual event that is overseen by the RPD, and pairs RUSD students with law enforcement to shop for Christmas for themselves or their families.

Annual K9 Handler Award

Following the Racine Policeman’s Ball each year, the funds raised directly support the dedicated K9 units serving the Racine community. Racine County K9 Units receive $1,000 for each actively serving K9 within their unit, recognizing the hard work and commitment of these incredible dogs and their handlers. These teams play a vital role in keeping our community safe, and thanks to your generosity, we’re proud to support them. The Racine County K9 units are 100% donation-funded and rely on community contributions to cover their costs—your support makes a real difference!
